Want to lose weight? Buy a dog.



According to an article published on September issue of Prevention magazine, a 2011 study found that dog owners walk more during the week than nonowers. Of course I have never thought about because I don't have a dog and I am not a big fan of them. But I need to recognize it is so nice a pet can make somebody exercise more and even become healthier. So, here is this Monday's tip: if you want to lose some weight, but don't feel like going to the gym neither doing intense work-outs, buying or adopting a dog is a good start to accomplish a active lifestyle.
