Wake up earlier and save time to do more of your day

Have you notice that most CEO’s and successful people wake up before 6AM? I always ask myself how come and even I can't not undersatand it must have a good reason for it. For sure I am not an early bird but lately I have been forcing myself to wake up around 8 or 8.30AM during the week. On weekends it will depend on my plans. Today I have decided that I want to start waking up earlier which mean that if not become a successful person at least I will have more time to do other activities as work out (be in shape and beautiful), cook (healthier), study (smarter) and read (double smarter). The plan is: this week I will wake up at 7.30AM every day, next week at 7AM. The following one 6.30AM. Ready! From 6.30AM to 12AM, time that I need to leave home to work, I will have enough time to do much more that I have been doing. = )
I have found a super nice article talking about 9 ways to wake up earlier that I want share with you: http://www.divinecaroline.com/22178/80333-nine-ways-wake-earlier

It is cool to use reusable bags

I can predict that maybe in 10 years my children (if have them) will see a plastic bag and ask me: "What is it for"? For sure I will be embarrassed to tell them that I used to use it to carry groceries from the supermarket to home and then throw it away in the garbage can. To avoid this answer, I am trying to get better right now. Honestly I still use plastic bags...first because I grown up thinking it was ok and secondly because I always I forget my reusable shopping bag (one from Fresh Market and the other from Publix) home. This following week I will try hard to remember to bring mine and I will share with you how was it. If you don't have your reusable bag yet, you can get one in almost every supermarket in Tampa Bay area like Publix, Fresh Market, Whole Food. They are super cheap. What about the plastic bags that you already have? Give them back to the supermarket...most of them have been colecting it to recycle. Try it = )
